We understand that things happen!  Something comes up, your schedule changes, an important person can't make it to that appointment time, or you say yes to your dress before you make it to us!  Due to limited appointment availability, we do appreciate as much notice as you can give us if you will not be making it to your appointment.  Your credit card information will be collected at the time of your appointment request. A $35 fee will be charged if you no show or cancel within 24 hours (you will NOT be charged if you come to your appointment or if you reschedule).  A portion of this collected fee will be donated to Vow for Girls.  We are excited to partner with this organization to help end child marriage.  Learn more about Vow for Girls on our website and our blog.
