VOW for Girls is a growing global movement that partners with brands, individuals and members of the wedding industry to end the international child marriage crisis.
Every year, 12 million girls become a child bride; that’s 1 girl every 3 seconds. Child marriage is a global crisis spanning countries, cultures and religions. VOW for girls is a vow for the future with the goal of ending the child marriage crisis so that all girls have the right to choose the life they live.
With VOW for Girls, 100% of funds raised goes directly to community-based efforts to end child marriage. These grassroots organizations funded by VOW for Girls are dedicated to advancing girls’ rights by providing education, job training and vital life skills!

Mariama is a 16-year old girl living in Niger who participates in a program run by one of VOW’s grantees that helps build girls’ confidence and leadership skills. The grantee organization also supports Mariama with her school fees allowing her to stay in school and follow her dream of one day becoming an accountant!
To kick start Charlotte’s commitment to supporting the end to child marriage, a portion of our no-show/cancellation fee will be donated to VOW for Girls moving forward. Additionally, brides can choose to donate at the time of purchasing their gown, or at any time on our website here. Charlotte's Weddings believes that every girl should get to choose love on her own terms and no child should ever be a bride.
