Hello bride-to-be!
We’re so excited to celebrate with you in person again starting June 1st! Despite these uncertain times, love is not cancelled and we can’t wait to be part of your story in finding your dream gown!
As we get closer to re-opening, we wanted to walk you through how our new, in-store bridal appointments will work! As of now, we will only be appointment-only and will not be accepting walk-in traffic.
While we are accepting in-store appointments starting June 1st (you can request your appointment HERE!), if you are not yet comfortable coming into the store in person, we will still be offering Virtual Appointments and no-contact curbside pick-up/drop-off (set days during the week.)
Let's Get Started!
1. You've booked your appointment, yay! What's next?
You will then fill out a small questionnaire in order for your stylist to get to know you better!
2. Schedule your virtual zoom consultation
You will then schedule a Zoom call with your stylist for your virtual consultation prior to coming into the store for your appointment. We love connecting with our brides, learning about their story, their vision for their wedding, and how they want to feel on their big day!

3. BOOK YOUR IN-STORE APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR STYLIST
After your Zoom consultation, you will book your in-store appointment with your stylist.
You are able to bring 2 adult guests along with yourself (for a total of 3 people) but don’t worry, if there are others you would like to share the experience with, we can Zoom/FaceTime them in once you’ve found a few favorites!
4. IN-STORE APPOINTMENT DAY...WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU!
When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and text your first name, last name, and appointment time to 503-470-1507. We will respond to confirm your arrival!
Please be patient as we prepare your bridal suite! We are taking extra cleaning and sanitization measures to ensure everything is fresh and clean for you and we will let you know when it is ok to enter the store!
5. So what should you bring with you?
Please only bring a small purse/wallet and phone inside the store with you and your own bra/undergarments as we will not have these available (whatever you would wear under your gown on your wedding day; strapless bra, Spanx™/shapewear, etc)
We ask that you do not bring in any outside food or drinks and at this time we will not be offering champagne (look forward to popping the bubbly at home after you say yes to the dress!)
6. Face Masks & clean hands Please!
Before entering, please ensure you and your guests have on your masks/cloth face coverings. We know they’re not ideal but we want to keep you and your guests safe and healthy, our staff will be wearing them as well!
When you enter the store, we will have you wash your hands before moving on to all of the fun!
7. Here's what we picked...
To begin, your stylist will lead you to our display room where she will have your gowns she hand-selected ready for you to view based on the vision and view you discussed with her during your Zoom consultation!
Our showroom floor will be unavailable at this time so while you won’t be able to browse the dresses in person, your stylist is highly trained in finding “the one” just for you!
Once she walks you through each gown and why she chose it, you will pick 5-6 of your favorites that you would like to try-on!
8. Time for try-ons!
Your guests will be helping you into the gowns during your appointment (they get to play “stylist” which we think is pretty fun!) but your stylist won’t be far and can help you every step of the way as well as answer any questions you may have!
Once you have it narrowed down to your favorite(s), your stylist will select a few more gowns for you before saying YES to the dress!
9. CONGRATULATIONS ON SAYING YES!
Congratulations on saying YES to the dress! After saying yes, it’s time to celebrate (your bubbly is waiting at home!) Don’t forget to snap a few pics and share them on Instagram @charlottesweddings and using the hashtag #charlottesbride!
