Once you submit your request, we will email you within 48 hours* to confirm your appointment after reviewing our schedule. If the date and/or time you requested is not available, we will offer alternative options.
*Please note that we are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Appointment requests submitted after 6pm on Monday (through Wednesday) will be responded to promptly when we return Thursday morning.
