How did you and your husband meet?
We met through some friends my freshman year of college. My roommate was dating my husband's friend. So, they told him to "check me out" and the moment we met we connected and have always had so much fun together. We love each other unconditionally and are extremely happy.
Dress Designer
My dress was so gorgeous. The designer was Mon Cheri. It was two toned, ivory and oyster. It was filled with beads, sequins and little pearls. It had a cathedral train and was strapless. I am so very thankful that I get to keep it forever and ever.
How was your experience at Charlotte's?
My experience was one of a kind. Having my consultant always there to help me was like a dream come true. When I went to pick out my wedding gown my consultant was very helpful. She listened to what I wanted and also showed me some ideas that I didn't think of. The dress that I actually picked out was one that she brought me that she thought would look good on me. My Mom just looked at me and said, "WOW that looks amazing!" We also ordered our invitations, shoes, veil, and bridesmaid dresses from Charlotte's.
What did you like most about working with Charlotte's?
That my consultant was there to help me with everything I needed and had questions about; she did a great job. I also enjoyed the gown, invitation, shoes and bridesmaid gown selection. A huge selection helps create the perfect idea for a perfect wedding. Simply put Charlotte's is an elegant place to put together an amazing wedding.
What did you like most about your wedding?
I think the best part of the wedding was the first kiss. It was a wonderful first kiss as husband and wife. I couldn't have asked for anything better. My other favorite part was when Travis saw me for the first time in my gown. That is a memory I will never lose, in fact that photo sits on my nightstand and it is something that I wake up to and the last thing I see before going to bed. The photographer did a fabulous job in capturing our emotions and excitement throughout the day.
