I love the color purple and have loved it since I was twelve years old. I’m obsessed with it. I have one of everything, almost, in some shade of purple. I would even have a purple car and a purple house if I could find the right shade and my husband would like it too. Purple has traditionally been a color reserved only for royalty. The resources needed to make purple dye were very expensive and rare, so the rich were the only ones that could afford it. Luckily, in today’s world purple can be had by all. Besides, you are royalty on your wedding day and you deserve to have a “royal” color. I believe that purple is going to be “the” color of choice for many brides this year. Whether you like to follow a trend or you’re a die hard purple fan, there are a huge range of colors in the purple family and even more color combinations that coordinate with it. If you need any help with choosing your colors or maybe envisioning just the right combination and shade, I would love to help. I like to think of myself as a bit of a color expert. Let me help you by putting my art degree to use.

P.S. The album “Purple Rain” is one of the best rock albums of all time!
