Have you had a good experience at Charlotte’s?

As I am writing this, I admit I am a bit frustrated at some recent reviews I have read about Charlotte’s on Citysearch. I started working at Charlotte’s Weddings over 4 years ago. Since that time I have taken several breaks for various reasons, including giving birth to and taking care of my beautiful little boys. I have recently returned for what I hope to be a long term position at Charlotte’s. The reason I keep coming back and why I continue to recommend Charlotte’s Weddings to my family and friends is because I believe in the level of customer service that Charlotte’s strives to deliver to each customer. Of course it is impossible to please everybody, but I have never worked for a company that cares more about it customers than Charlotte’s. I have seen the staff of Charlotte’s go above and beyond in countless situations, even at their own cost and when it wasn’t their fault, to make things perfect for the bride’s special day. Maybe you have experienced this level of service firsthand, but assume that everyone already knows how great Charlotte’s is!

Unfortunately it seems the very few people who leave our shop unhappy are the ones with the loudest voice, and it leaves those of us at the shop who work hard to take care of our brides feeling a bit discouraged. If you had a less than wonderful experience at Charlotte’s, please let us know so that we can improve our service and make it right. If you’ve had a good experience at Charlotte’s or know someone who has, please let us know! Your good experiences and happy memories are what make our job worthwhile!
