I think the most important aspect of making your wedding day run smoothly is to relax. It may be best to sit down with your fiance a few weeks before the the big day and write down a tentative schedule. This should include when the party needs to be at certain places, when all of your vendors will arrive at the venue and any other important information. If you don’t have a wedding planner it may be important to designate someone to carry all important phone numbers. Just in case any family members or vendors need to be contacted for any reason during the wedding day.
While getting ready make sure to surround yourself with your wedding party and close family to help relieve stress. You may even want to play some music or have a champagne toast. This may make the process more fun and less stressful. Most importantly remember that although you want everything to go as smoothly as possible, it is ok if things don’t go exactly as planned. Have fun and enjoy the day because it flies by fast!
